Spacious and comfortable with space saving ideas.
A library, shelves full of my father’s books (this may be the first he is hearing of it) is at the top of the stairs. A desk area for crafts, painting or working!! a double sofa bed with storage the shower room and double bedroom.
At the far end, the bus will be a large double bedroom. There is enough space upstairs that we don’t need to cram in all the furniture and be constantly bumping into the bed or cabinets. The side windows will be small secondary glazed rectangles, allowing privacy and smugness. The large back window, which I broke last week will allow plenty of light and views over tree tops.
The upstairs shower area will also be wide enough that the shower curtain/door doesn’t stick to you every time you move. The toilet will be electric and although bought at great expense will require no water only, 12v electricity to power the solid matter desiccating fan!!
Comfortable seating area with overhead and wall shelving, and work tables for art and crafts. Other space saving ideas include a work table which pulls down to the horizontal. – This idea is stolen from a narrow boat back cabin idea. The sofa can be converted into a double bed.
